There is a slight flaw in my Cook book plan

OK probably more than one but after getting 50 pages done last night I went to bed and thought what if this site isn't around in 14 or so years then what? So I might have to do these pages on photoshop and save them as 8x10 or another size and go from there , bummer, the layouts from blurb are so easy... oh well I have made progress.
